Integration Maintenance

Integration Maintenance allows you to integrate the names in your Agency Management System (AMS) for carriers, producers, brokers and insureds with the names IPFS uses.

Coverage, company, producer, broker and insured can be mapped.

1. Search feature has no limit on characters for the search.
   1. Starts with or contains an be used.
   2. Unique ID available for company, producer and broker Tab.
   3. Address is available for insureds. Tip: Scroll to see the full address.
   4. Companies can be added from your preferred list or the branch list of carriers. This allows the carrier address to be visible to ensure the correct location is selected.
2. Choose ADD to add a new record.

Webhook Maintenance

1. In the Maintenance Tab, Enter the Webhook URL and Key.
2. Manage the Authentication Type, validate credentials and submit. 
3. Choose the specific events in the life-cycle of the loan (cancellation, agreement booked etc.) to subscribe to.
   1. Imperial PFS will send the data to your endpoint.
4. Subscriptions can be toggled on and off or paused.
5. Admins can view the history and status of each event activity in the History Tab.
